Our team of experienced professionals will handle every aspect of your estate sale, from start to finish. We'll sort, organize, stage, value & price all items based on trends & current fair market value, then manage the sale itself in a professional customer-friendly manner to ensure the best possible outcome.

In addition to our traditional in-person estate sales, we also offer online auctions for certain collections or valuables.

We offer buyouts on specific collections such as coins, currency, firearms, pocketknives, precious metals, gold, silver, vintage toys, electronics, videogames, collectables ETC.

Being a small family-owned business, we do not have a store, or a warehouse to offer buyouts for entire estates or of large furniture or regular household items as we have no place to store or sell a lifetime of belongings.

If you are looking for a company to buyout an entire estate with everything in it, we have some great companies that we work with that we could highly recommend to you.

Unfortunately, there are always items left over. Sometimes more than you may expect, or less. You never know what will be left over after your sale is completed. Why did this not sell? Every estate sale is totally different & they can be a challenge to predict. Our estate sales are generally very busy with long lines, & we do our best to liquidate as much as possible. We offer a full home cleanout service to remove any remaining unwanted items & we will leave your property broom and vacuum swept ready for your family's next step.

Typically, 7 Days depending on the size of the estate.

(Sorting, Staging, Pricing, Photography, & Hosting Estate Sale)

After your sale is completed, we offer a full home cleanout service where we come in the following week to donate as much remaining items to Habitat for Humanity Restore as possible, anything remaining after the donation process is complete can be discarded at an additional fee.

 We offer to buy out collections, as well as host online estate sales for collections of valuable items. An online estate sale typically takes a week after the singing of the contract.

Payments will be made to the client or beneficiary via a check within 2-5 business days. Your check with a brief summary of sales totals & services rendered will be sent to you directly via USPS with tracking.
