Does your company allow pre-sale or let people in early or before sale day?

No, we do not do any pre-sales whatsoever. Everything in our photos will be available in our sales unless a client unfortunately pulls an item from the sale.

Do your estate sales typically have a line to get in on the first day of the sale?

Yes, most of our estate sales are very busy, with generally long lines, especially on the first day. All of our in-home estate sales are held on a first come first serve basis. We do not hand out numbers. You are required to keep your place in line. If you plan on attending our estate sales, please note that you are entering at your own risk. Please be careful & watch your step. We are not responsible, nor can we be held accountable or prosecuted for any accidents, injuries, or issues regarding line management or anything that happens to or on the property to anything or anyone attending our estate sales.

If an item is pictured or in the description, will it for sure be available for purchase in the sale?

99% of the time yes, we have had a few incidents in the past where the owners have pulled items from the sale the day before the sale. Which is terribly unfortunate. We try to update the photos & description in this event.

Are any of the items left over after the sale available for purchase?

No, they are not. All items that are available in the estate sale are only available to purchase during the estate sale hours.

Do you discount your items as the sale progresses?

Yes, we do. For example, our first day is usually full price. We offer percentage reduction in prices throughout the duration of the sale.

Do you have a store?

No, we do not. We offer to sell the entire contents of someone's home at their location.

Do you release pricing for particular items prior to the sale opening?

No, we do not. We are unable to answer price inquires before the sale opens. This is due to the high volume of requests and pricing not being finalized until we open. 

Do you accept offers on items?

Yes, we encourage buyers to make offers as they're shopping with us. If we are unable to accept your offer on that day, you can leave your name, number, the item you're interested in, and your offer for the item.
