We Are a Commission Based Company

We offer a simple 60/40 flat rate split—60% for the client or beneficiary and 40% for Patriot Estate Liquidation LLC—with no upfront costs or hidden fees. All advertising and promotional expenses are on us, and we’re committed to liquidating as much as possible. We don’t earn a dime until you do, and we’d be honored to serve you and your family.

Commission
